Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hosur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers. The role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The position requires consistent reporting on business development activities and performance,



along with active participation in strategy discussions to improve sales outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline.
Candidates should possess Business acumen, including understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and market dynamics.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or services setting.
