Hub Operations & Daily Performance: Ensure smooth daily hub operations, timely dispatch, delivery coordination, and achievement of assigned operational targets.
Manpower Management: Ensure adequate rider availability, attendance, shift planning, productivity monitoring, and coordination with the recruitment team to fulfil manpower requirements.
Shipment & Inventory Management: Ensure accurate shipment scanning, bag and shipment reconciliation, STO (Stock Transfer Order) management, and timely resolution of excess, short, and missing shipments.
Delivery Performance & Customer Experience: Monitor delivery success rates, genuine delivery attempts, RTO (Return to Origin), pending shipments, and customer escalations to maintain service quality.
COD & Compliance Management: Ensure timely COD collection and reconciliation, zero cash discrepancies, adherence to client SOPs, accurate reporting, and timely submission of operational updates.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
