Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, including order fulfilment, stock

management, and delivery logistics.
Ensure timely processing of orders and manage return/refund processes.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth

operations.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and

inventory checks.
Ensure that inventory is stored correctly and in optimal conditions.
Staff Management:
Supervise hub staff, including picking, packing, and shipping teams.
Train and develop staff to optimize performance and maintain safety standards.
Ensure that staffing levels meet operational demands.
Customer Experience:




Ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly to meet customer

expectations.
Resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues or product availability.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor KPIs (e.g., order fulfilment speed, accuracy, stock turnover).
Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Report operational performance to senior management.
Health and Safety:
Ensure that the hub operates within health and safety regulations.
Maintain a secure working workplace for all team members
