About the Role

We're looking for a RFP Writer to join our Bids & Proposals team. You'll write explicit, accurate, persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, working closely with Product, Engineering, Category, InfoSec, and Legal. Our team uses an AI-powered response pipeline, so a big part of your role will be proofreading and editing first drafts to meet each RFP's requirements, ensuring every answer is accurate, compliant, and ready to submit.## What You'll Do
Draft, edit, and finalise responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security and compliance questionnaires within tight deadlines.
Proofread and edit AI-generated drafts against each RFP's requirements, including scope, format, word limits, and evaluation criteria.
Research recent topics, clients, industries, and regions,



then summarize your findings in transparent, easy-to-understand language for the team and the buyer.
Work with subject-matter experts to gather information, asking specific questions and following up until you have what you need.
Track every mandatory requirement, format, and word limit so no submission is non-compliant.
Maintain and update the response knowledge repository, keeping content current and consistent.
Adapt tone, spelling, and terminology for buyers in different markets.
Upload and submit responses through buyer portals such as Ariba, Coupa, and OneTrust.
