We are seeking a dedicated Showroom Manager to lead our team in Prayagraj. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of experience in retail management, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate showroom staff, fostering a positive setting to enhance productivity and teamwork.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to meet targets, and maintain inventory levels to optimize sales.
Visual Merchandising: Coordinate the display of products, ensuring an attractive showroom layout that engages customers and showcases our brands effectively.
Reporting: Regularly prepare and present reports on showroom performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and team performance metrics.
