Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls (non - technical) and assist in query solving
Transfer calls to relevant departments as required
Maintain professional and helpful tone
Eligibility: Fresher with Graduation (technical / honors) mandatory
Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; English is a plus
Adaptable working in all shifts as:
Morning: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Evening: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Night: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Open to 6 day’s work week
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Advantages:
Fixed salary and allowance up-to INR 14,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
