Firmway is hiring an Accounts Executive!

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day backend data operations for clients.
Upload, update, validate, and maintain client data in internal systems.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational reports, and data summaries.
Perform basic data analysis and identify discrepancies or errors in client data.
Verify data accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Support the Key Account Manager with client-related backend activities and data requirements.
Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Follow up on pending information and ensure timely closure of backend activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records of client-related activities.
Assist in resolving basic client data-related queries and issues.
Identify recurring data issues and highlight them to the concerned team.




Support other backend and operational activities as required by the business.

Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge and comfort working with numerical and client-related data.
Robust attention to detail with a methodical approach to data validation and documentation.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and identify inconsistencies in data.
Positive communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and account managers.
Comfort using spreadsheets and internal systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, follow up proactively, and meet deadlines.
