Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and support sales and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively
Explain products/services and generate interest
Maintain and update customer databases
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Maintain a skilled and positive attitude during calls
Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Required Skills :
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Solid convincing and negotiation skills
Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
