Key Responsibilities :
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom setting
Assess and monitor students’ progress through tests, assignments, and observations
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
Maintain discipline and ensure classroom management
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and participation
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
Organize classroom activities, events, and educational trips
Maintain records of attendance, grades, and student development
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant field
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (preferred in many schools)
Robust knowledge of child development and teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching
