Front Office Assistant cum Telecaller

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Duties
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage the reception area and maintain a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Maintain visitor records and office files.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.

Telecalling Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer requests.
Maintain call records and update customer databases.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma, plus two or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in reception,



customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic computer and data entry skills.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
Skilled appearance and telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in English and local language(s).

Working Conditions
Full time office-based position.
Standard business hours (may vary by organization).
Frequent interaction with customers, visitors, and staff.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
