Explain our staffing and recruitment services clearly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT specialists.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
Stay informed about current IT job market trends and employment opportunities in the USA.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
Experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, business development, or customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of the IT industry or experience working with IT professionals is a plus.
Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
