Key Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise Windows Server and VMware settings.
Handle operational escalations and provide advanced troubleshooting for OS issues.
Participate in incident response, problem management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Perform Windows patching, OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
Ensure security hardening, compliance, and audit readiness.
Support RDS environments and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Manage software deployment using SCCM/SCOM and Ansible.
Participate in incident management, RCA, and infrastructure monitoring.
Windows Template Building
Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, or Python.
