We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk and support member services at our gym.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors professionally.
Handle membership inquiries and enrollments.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
Manage member check-ins and attendance records.
Schedule fitness consultations and appointments.
Process membership payments and maintain records.
Assist with promotions, renewals, and customer follow-ups.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Requirements :
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with MS Office.
Ability to handle customer inquiries confidently.
Positive attitude and skilled appearance.
Sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.

Job Details
Position: Full-Time
Location: Raw Strength Calisthenics, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Working Hours: 6am-12pm and 4pm to 8pm
Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
