Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and customization options.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth.
Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to maximize sales conversions.
Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Keep updated on product knowledge, market trends, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales; experience in furniture, home décor, interiors,



or related industries is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Good negotiation and sales closing skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or order management systems.
