Job Summary
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries in a skilled manner
Maintain call records in the system
Achieve daily call and quality targets
Provide excellent customer support
Requirements :
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
6 months' experience in BPO / Telecalling / Customer Service preferred
Valuable communication in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Details
Rotational shift and 6-day working.
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance incentives
