Mattic Packing is looking for a Finance Executive to handle all financial operations of our manufacturing unit. The role involves managing accounts, cash flow, and overall financial coordination for daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Manage receivables and payables
Track expenses, purchases, and production costs
Maintain GST, billing, and invoice records
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Coordinate with the bank and manage transactions
Monitor cash flow and support business decisions
Follow up on pending payments from clients
Requirements :
Experience in accounting/finance (manufacturing preferred)
Knowledge of Zoho Book software
Basic understanding of GST and taxation
Positive communication and coordination skills
Responsible and detail-oriented
