Job Location: Supa, Ahmednagar

RESPONSIBILITY:
Verify and approve Monthly production plan in consultation with GM.
Verify and Approve material requisition in consult with GM.
Daily Production Planning and Control.
To ensure that inspection is carried out according to the Quality Control Process Table (QCPT) during production.
To plan manpower for the smooth operation.
Responsible for proper Storage and Handling of all items, used for production.
Responsible for Maintaining Positive Housekeeping & Discipline in the shop floor.
Responsible for Document and Data Control in Production and Quality Department.
Responsible for Product Identification and traceability in Production area.
Ensure productivity and Quality.
Responsible to take corrective action in the event of non-conformance in consult with GM.




To stop and control production of non-conforming products.
To train & guide sub-ordinates for implementation of the QMS and ON JOB Training.
To ensure that functional objectives / process measures are known & understood to the team.
To ensure that functional objectives / process measures targets are met.
Daily report of Production and Quality activities to GM.
To carry out production trials in consultation with GM.
IATF16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 AWARNESS & Implementation.
Knowledge with SAP will be preferable
Must have positive knowledge of Advance Excel.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
