We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance executive to manage and oversee the financial health and performance of multiple investee companies. The role involves end-to-end ownership of monthly financial reporting, including finalization of P&L; and Balance Sheets, along with preparation and monitoring of cash flow statements at both company and fund level.
Responsibilities :
Finalization of P&L; and Balance Sheet on monthly Basis of the investee companies using different European accounting software.
Prepare and maintain the Cash Flow / P&L; Report for Investee companies
Prepare and Maintain the Cash flow / P&L; Report for the Fund considering all investments
Maintain all relevant agreements and documents for investee companies and investments
Support finance and operations of the investee companies
Cost optimization, Ops Support to CEO of investee companies to maintain healthy P&L; / Cash Flows
Manage AR and APs for investee companies. Run payment batch, Customer Dunnings
Maintain all necessary reports to track business' KPIs.
Business Analysis and proactive suggestion on achievements of KPIs
Reconciliation of payrolls, VAT run and reported by external accountants
Prepare data for the board meetings and present to support CEO
