Role Overview : We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can manage and optimise digital campaigns and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
Track KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
Perform A/B testing & optimisation
Audience & competitor analysis
Collaborate with creative team
Analyse data via GA4 & Ads Manager
Execute lead generation & sales campaigns
Requirements :
Experience in Performance Marketing
Solid knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
GA4, Tag Manager & Pixel Tracking knowledge
Analytical & result-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
