We are seeking motivated EV Callers for the US Healthcare sector based in Chennai. This role involves engaging with potential patients over the phone, providing them with information about our healthcare services, and assisting them with their health insurance inquiries. Ideal candidates should have a passion for helping others and a strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to discuss healthcare services and benefits.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding their health insurance plans and coverage options.
- Gather patient information and maintain accurate records of calls made.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline patient onboarding processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
- Robust verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
Salary Budget: Up to 5 LPA
Location: Near Egmore, Chennai
Food provided free of cost. Sat and Sun fixed week off.
