Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPE S/4HANA Consultant with robust expertise in Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), SAP S/4HANA, MM pricing procedures, and commodity procurement processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates must be available to join immediately and willing to work from our Sholinganallur, Chennai office four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain SAP CPE formulas, terms, rules, and pricing procedures for commodity purchasing.
- Configure Derivative Contract Specifications (DCS), Market Identifier Codes (MIC), and quotation names for commodity price evaluation.
- Manage market data feeds and exchange rate integrations for automated commodity price quotation uploads.
- Configure SAP MM pricing procedures, schemas, condition types, and access sequences, ensuring seamless integration with CPE.
- Maintain Material Master, Business Partner/Vendor Master, and Source List data.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to gather requirements and implement scalable SAP solutions.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend standard SAP best practices.
- Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers and integration teams to deliver custom solutions.
- Define test strategies, prepare test scenarios, execute unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Prepare user training documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide hypercare and production support, resolving complex pricing and procurement issues.
- Participate in Agile project delivery and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant SAP CPE S/4HANA experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) configuration.
- Hands-on experience with commodity pricing formulas, terms, rules, and pricing procedures.
- Knowledge of SAP MM pricing schemas, condition types, and access sequences.
- Experience with DCS, MIC, market data feeds, and commodity price quotations.
- Understanding of Material Master, Business Partner/Vendor Master, and Source Lists.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications and working with ABAP teams.
- Exposure to unit testing, SIT, UAT, hypercare, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.

- Candidates from South India willing to relocate to Chennai are welcome.

Compensation

Salary offered: Up to ₹27 LPA, based on relevant experience and suitability.
