Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Subhasgram, Kolkata – 700146
Experience: Minimum 4 years in school marketing/education industry
Salary: Up to Rs. 3 to 3.60 LPA + Variables
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand awareness.
* Conduct field marketing, community outreach, school promotions, and parent interactions.
* Coordinate with the admissions team, vendors, and marketing agencies.
* Build and manage a marketing team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Excellent English-speaking skills; vernacular languages are not permitted.
* Robust sales pitch and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel 80% of the time; 20% desk-based work.
