About the Role

Ganuja Products is expanding its distribution and retail network for its Bamboo Toothbrush and is looking for an energetic B2B Field Sales Executive to develop retailers and business customers across Pune.

You will visit retailers, introduce the product, take orders, develop new accounts and maintain relationships for repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers and business outlets across assigned Pune areas.
- Introduce and sell Ganuja Bamboo Toothbrush to retailers.
- Develop new B2B customers and maintain existing accounts.
- Target organic stores, Ayurvedic stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, cosmetic/personal-care stores, general stores and other suitable outlets.
- Explain product benefits, pricing and retailer margins.
- Take orders and coordinate with the company for order fulfilment.
- Follow up with retailers for repeat orders.
- Maintain daily visit and sales records.
- Identify new markets and potential distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.

Product & Retailer Offer

MRP : ₹59 per piece




Retailer Purchase Price : ₹35 per piece
Retailer Margin : ₹24 per piece
Minimum Order Quantity : Only 10 pieces

The low MOQ makes it easy for retailers to start with a trial order.

Sales Target

The initial objective is to develop the retailer network.

Target after route development : 150+ Bamboo Toothbrushes/day

The target will be supported through retailer acquisition, repeat orders and territory development.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable with daily field sales.
- Can confidently approach new retailers.
- Has good communication and convincing skills.
- Is comfortable travelling throughout Pune.
- Can independently manage a sales route.
- Is result-oriented and comfortable with sales targets.
- Has a two-wheeler and valid driving licence — preferred.
- Has previous experience in FMCG, pharma, Ayurvedic, cosmetic, personal-care or retail sales — preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can also apply.
