Job Summary

SS Hyundai, an authorized Hyundai Motor India dealership, is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Technician to join our service team at Mavelikara. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in automobile servicing, and the ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently while maintaining Hyundai's service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Handle engine, transmission, electrical, and other mechanical repairs.
- Identify technical faults and ensure accurate diagnosis and timely resolution.
- Guide and support junior technicians in repair and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to Hyundai service standards.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the service bay.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop supervisors to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation of repairs and technical work carried out.





Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile servicing; senior technician experience preferred.
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
- Knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex technical issues.
- Valuable teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in Hyundai or other authorized automobile service centres will be preferred.
