Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecalling Business Development Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, explain our digital services, and convert prospects into clients through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Generate leads for website development, digital marketing, branding, and other IT services.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services.
- Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and sales.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements.

Requirements





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, or IT services is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheets.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.

Performance Targets

- Daily calling target: Minimum 100 calls.
- Lead generation: Minimum 10 qualified leads per day.
- Sales target: Minimum ₹1,00,000 per month, subject to the company's applicable target policy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
