Required Skills

- Civil Engineering Diploma / B.Tech
- AutoCAD 2D drafting and drawing preparation
- SketchUp 3D modelling and visualization
- BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
- Material costing and quotation preparation
- Knowledge of MS Excel and construction materials

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings.
- Prepare professional quotations for PEB structures, prefab buildings, steel fabrication, sheds, cottages and residential projects.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models.
- Maintain a database of leads, quotations sent and client follow-ups.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with clients to collect drawings, dimensions and project requirements.
- Maintain daily reports of leads,



quotations, follow-ups and work progress.

Candidate Profile

- Good technical knowledge of civil construction and steel structures.
- Strong estimation and drafting skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently from home.
- Experience in prefab, PEB or steel fabrication will be an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
