Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and deep Telecommunications domain experience.

The ideal candidate will architect and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions covering CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog, Order Management, OmniStudio, provisioning, fulfilment, and integrations with OSS/BSS platforms.

This is a hands-on architecture role involving solution design, technical reviews, development guidance, client discussions, and mentoring of distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Communications Cloud / Industries implementations.
- Design solutions across EPC, CPQ, Communications Order Management (COM), and CLM.
- Architect OmniStudio solutions using OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
- Design integration architecture using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, API-led connectivity, and event-driven patterns.
- Work with TM Forum Open APIs, including TMF622 and TMF641, where applicable.
- Design order-to-activate, fulfilment, provisioning, and network activation flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with OSS/BSS, inventory, and network platforms.
- Architect Field Service solutions for installation and provisioning journeys.
- Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, DevOps standards, and integration patterns.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, estimation, and architecture reviews with clients.
- Conduct code/design reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Mentor onshore/offshore Salesforce developers and contribute to technical capability building.
- Support pre-sales, solution proposals, effort estimation, and technical assurance.

- 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
- Strong Telecommunications domain experience.
- Expertise in OmniStudio:
- OmniScript
- FlexCards
- DataRaptor
- Integration Procedures
- Strong knowledge of:
- Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
- Salesforce CPQ
- Communications Order Management (COM)
- CLM
- Order Management
- Provisioning & Activation
- Fulfilment
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS and telecom platforms.
- Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Working knowledge of TM Forum SID, eTOM and Open APIs.
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including Apex, LWC, data modelling, governor limits, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading onshore/offshore or distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Certifications

Preferred/Required certifications include:

- Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Skilled
- OmniStudio Developer or Consultant
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce CTA / CTA pursuit is a strong advantage.
- MuleSoft certification is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can translate complex telecom business processes into scalable Salesforce architecture, work directly with enterprise clients, guide development teams, and take ownership from discovery through production delivery.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
