Qualification : DME / BE

Skills Required :

- Knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T; and tolerances
- Good knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge
- Knowledge of in-process and final inspection
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures
- Ability to identify and analyze quality defects
- Basic knowledge of 5S and Kaizen
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of 8D, SPC, 8D & R&R; mechanism.
- Basic knowledge of industrial Safety parameter and 5’S.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Inspect CNC machined components as per drawing and quality standards.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspection.
- Verify component dimensions, tolerances, surface finish and other specifications.




- Identify and segregate OK / Not OK components.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Monitor process quality and identify recurring defects.
- Inform the Production/Quality team about deviations and take corrective action.
- Ensure inspection instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
- Follow 5S, safety and quality procedures.
- Support rejection analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure products meet customer and internal quality requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
