 Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.  Understand manpower requirements from different departments and coordinate with hiring managers.  Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and organizational requirements.  Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.  Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads, senior management, and HR.  Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and selection decisions.  Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates within approved budgets.  Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



interview records, and hiring reports.  Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, rejection, and joining dates.  Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.  Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.  Monitor recruitment timelines and work toward achieving hiring targets.  Support employer branding and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
