Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple interior projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have robust project management skills, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute multiple interior projects simultaneously, from initiation to final handover.
- Develop project schedules, work plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, site execution, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, site activities, material availability, labour deployment, and installation schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify project risks, delays, and operational challenges, and implement effective corrective measures.
- Manage client communication, progress updates, design clarifications, and project-related concerns.
- Control project costs, monitor expenses, and minimise material wastage and unnecessary expenditure.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site supervisors, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain project progress reports, budgets, schedules, and documentation.




- Ensure proper quality checks, snag rectification, and timely project handover.
- Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 10 years of project management experience preferred.
- Prior experience in interior design, interior fit-out, modular furniture, or turnkey interior projects is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, site execution, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, handle pressure, and make effective decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Excel, and project reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

We are seeking a proactive professional who can take complete ownership of project execution, coordinate effectively across departments, anticipate potential delays, and deliver projects successfully while maintaining client satisfaction and company profitability.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
