Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, dedicated, and analytical Accounts Manager to handle the day-to-day accounting operations of a real estate firm. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance, along with the ability to manage a team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST, taxation, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and accounting records.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns, and other applicable statutory documents.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the availability of all required documentation.
- Prepare and maintain documents related to statutory, financial, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and other financial transactions.
- Supervise and manage the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and government regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify discrepancies, analyze financial data, and support management in financial decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field; M.Com, CA , or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in team handling and accounting operations management.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP/accounting software, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred, particularly in property accounting, project-related transactions, and real estate financial compliance.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
