We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Juice & Mocktail Maker to join our restaurant team. The candidate should have experience in preparing fresh juices, mocktails, milkshakes, smoothies, and other beverages while maintaining excellent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh juices, mocktails, milkshakes, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the beverage counter.
- Handle fruits, ingredients, and equipment safely.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Prepare orders promptly and coordinate with service staff.




- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.

Requirements

- Previous experience in juice and mocktail preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, garnishing, and presentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant workplace.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
