We are looking for a responsible and practical Civil Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at our residential and commercial project sites.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction work, including foundation, masonry, plastering, concrete and finishing.
- Coordinate labourers, contractors and material deliveries.
- Read and follow approved construction drawings.
- Check measurements, workmanship and material usage.
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the project team.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineer for solutions.
- Maintain site records and ensure work follows quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- One year of construction site experience preferred.
- Residential building construction experience is an advantage.
- Ability to understand civil drawings and manage workers.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Kochi.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
