Operations Executive – UK Transportation Company

MEC & MEN is a UK-based transportation and logistics company with its back-office operations at Hilite Business Park, Calicut.

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and motivated Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be willing to take responsibility, learn quickly and build a long-term career in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day transportation and logistics operations.

* Coordinate with drivers, clients and the UK operations team.

* Monitor and coordinate deliveries and collections.

* Handle operational communications through email and phone.

* Maintain operational records, reports and documentation.

* Assist with scheduling and coordinating transport requirements.

* Follow up on ongoing jobs and resolve operational issues.

* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – essential.





* Good computer skills.

* Strong communication and coordination abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

* Willingness to work day or night shifts depending on business requirements.

* Candidates with logistics, transportation or operations experience will be preferred.

* Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

* Day or night shifts depending on business requirements.

* Flexibility with working hours is required.

Salary & Benefits

* ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month initially.

* Performance-based bonus for good performance.
