We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain company services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
