Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Ensure documentation of incidents and resolutions is thorough and up to date.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within supply chain systems.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining the performance and availability of critical business applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to track and resolve system problems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications.
