Aranya Living is looking for a creative and self-driven Video Content Creator who can produce engaging, educational, and visually appealing content around real estate, plots, land investment, construction, and property ownership.

The ideal candidate should be able to research topics, develop video ideas, write scripts, shoot and edit short-form videos, and communicate helpful information in a simple and engaging way.

You will help build Aranya Living’s online presence through Instagram Reels and other social media video content, making real-estate information easier for people to understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Educational Videos: Produce short-form videos explaining real-estate concepts, plot buying, land investment, construction processes, property documentation, and common buyer questions.
- Scriptwriting and Research: Research relevant topics and prepare engaging video scripts, hooks, captions, and calls to action.
- Content Calendar: Plan and execute a weekly content calendar, maintaining a consistent publishing schedule of one video or Reel per day.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on Instagram trends, real-estate news, plot-related topics, construction trends, and educational content formats
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages, identify customer enquiries, and coordinate with the team for follow-up
- Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, views, watch time, saves, shares, engagement, and follower growth. Share weekly insights and suggestions for improvement.
- On-Site Content Creation: Capture property visits, plot walkthroughs, construction updates, and other relevant footage when required.
- Content Accuracy: Ensure educational content is clear, informative, and verified with the team before publication.

What We're Looking For





- Experience or a strong interest in video content creation, Instagram Reels, and educational storytelling.
- Basic skills in video shooting, Lighting, and audio recording.
- Good written and spoken English and Kannada.
- Ability to research topics and explain complex information in simple, engaging language.
- Interest in real estate, plot investment, property buying, architecture, or construction.
- A portfolio, sample videos, or a personal Instagram page showcasing previous work is required.

Nice to Have

- Experience creating content for a real-estate brand, lifestyle brand, business, college club, or personal social media page.
- Experience appearing on camera, conducting interviews, or creating voice-over videos.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights and social media analytics.
- Experience filming property walkthroughs, site visits, interviews, or customer testimonials.
- Understanding of educational content
