Job Summary
The selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating customer deliveries, supporting product implementation, understanding business workflows, and collaborating with customers and internal technical teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer deliveries, product implementation, and operational activities.
Understand end-to-end business workflows, processes, and technical dependencies.
Work with servers, networking concepts, APIs, and API testing tools such as Postman.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Identify, analyze,



and troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
Support product testing, development, implementation, and deployment activities.
Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks, and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure effective communication, task ownership, and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of servers, networking concepts, APIs, and Postman.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Understanding of business processes and end-to-end workflows.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong execution skills.
Candidates currently pursuing any course or studies are not eligible.
Interview Process
Round 1: Aptitude Test
Candidates must score at least 60% to qualify for the next round.
Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview
Assessment of technical knowledge, communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and process understanding.
Key Instructions
Basic technical knowledge of servers, networking, APIs, and Postman is essential.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Only candidates scoring 60% or above in the aptitude test will proceed to the interview.
Candidates must bring their updated CV (resume) to the interview.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
