Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 2–3 years of experience in commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, architectural and interior drawings, design development, 3D visualization, material selection, and coordination with project teams to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for commercial projects.
- Prepare floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Create space planning and optimize layouts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models using SketchUp or similar software.
- Develop 3D visualizations and presentations for client approvals.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and interior elements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and incorporate design revisions.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Site Engineers, MEP Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors.
- Review site conditions and ensure designs are practical for execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and design requirements.
- Maintain drawing revisions, design documents, material schedules, and project records.




- Support project teams in achieving quality standards and timely project completion.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of commercial interior architecture and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar software.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture layouts, and interior detailing.
- Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
- Valuable design visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- B.Arch or a relevant degree in Architecture.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design, architecture, or fit-out projects.

Preferred Experience

Experience in corporate offices, retail outlets, showrooms, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
