Responsibilities

- Manage overall security operations of the resort.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel and shift duties.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, property and assets.
- Monitor entry/exit points, visitor movement and vehicle access.
- Maintain effective CCTV surveillance and security systems.
- Conduct regular security rounds across guest, back-of-house and external areas.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports and daily shift records.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security situations promptly.
- Coordinate with Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance and other emergency authorities when required.
- Implement and monitor fire & life-safety procedures and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular security and safety checks across the 40-acre property.
- Identify security risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments on security matters.
- Manage security vendors/agencies, where applicable.
- Conduct staff briefings and basic security/safety training.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
