About the Role

Grochure Global is Sales & Business Development Associate to drive growth in the US hospitality market. You will be responsible for prospecting hotels, generating leads, conducting cold calls, managing follow-ups, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold call hotels and hospitality businesses across the US to generate new business.
- Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales conversations, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
- Manage prospect communication and follow-ups through email and phone.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Research and identify new hotel prospects and business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after closing.





Requirements

- Freshers are welcome
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience selling to the US market preferred.
- Hospitality/hotel industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based sales.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email management.
- Target-driven, proactive, and persistent approach to sales.
- Willingness to work in US-aligned shifts.
