Siddhartha Nursing Home – Global Fertility Innovations, Nellore

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to join our hospital team. The candidate should have experience in infertility procedures, advanced laparoscopic surgeries, gynaecological operations, labour room management, and obstetric emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist surgeons during infertility and advanced laparoscopic surgeries.
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist in hysteroscopy, diagnostic and operative laparoscopy, and other gynaecological surgeries.
- Provide OT support during Caesarean sections (C-sections) and normal vaginal deliveries.
- Assist with labour room preparation, delivery instruments, and emergency equipment.
- Maintain surgical instruments, sterilization, autoclave procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and availability of OT equipment, surgical consumables, and instruments.
- Follow hospital SOPs, biomedical waste management protocols, and patient safety procedures.
- Maintain OT registers, sterilization records,



equipment checklists, and procedure documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, anaesthesia staff, and other departments.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: OT Technician / Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Experience in gynaecology, obstetrics, laparoscopy, and infertility procedures preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and OT protocols.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency cases.
- Positive communication, teamwork, discipline, and patient-safety awareness.

Job Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
