We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Controller to oversee the financial control, accounting, cash flow, expense management and reporting functions of our India operations.

Our business involves domestic and international trading, imported scrap materials, motor recycling, inventory management, sales of recovered metals and components, and manufacturing-related activities.

The successful candidate will establish robust financial controls, independently verify transactions, identify irregularities, improve reporting systems and provide management with accurate, timely financial information.

This is a position of trust. We need someone who can protect the company's financial interests, enforce procedures consistently and report facts directly to the owner.recycling, metals or import/export businesses.

Experience: 8–12 years in finance, accounting, financial control or audit, preferably in trading, manufacturing.

Track material from import or supplier receipt through processing, storage and final sale.

Monitor scrap, motors, copper, aluminum, alternators, starters,



AC compressors and other recovered products, as applicable.

Investigate unexplained shortages, yield differences, inventory adjustments and material losses.

Reconcile opening stock, purchases, production or processing, sales, scrap losses and closing stock.

Conduct periodic surprise stock checks with operations personnel.

Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.

Calculate profitability by business, product category, supplier, customer and shipment where data permits.

Track gross margins, freight, processing costs, overheads and foreign exchange gains or losses.

Compare actual performance against budgets and previous periods.

Highlight low-margin or loss-making transactions before they become recurring problems.

Prepare reliable financial information for management decisions.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹602,000.00 - ₹1,990,000.00 per year
