Job Description

We are hiring Diploma Freshers for an excellent career opportunity with an MNC in the Wind Energy sector at Pappampatti, Coimbatore.

Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DEEE) or Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (DECE) are encouraged to apply. Freshers will have the chance to develop technical skills and gain industry experience in the growing renewable energy sector.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma qualification in DEEE or DECE.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Basic electrical and electronics knowledge is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹24,000.
- Performance Incentive: Once every three months, with a stated maximum amount of ₹20,000–₹24,000, subject to company policy and performance criteria.
