Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and goal-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Pune. In this hybrid role, you will get hands-on experience working on real digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, content creation, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- Content Creation: Help create engaging social media posts, captions, reels/video ideas, and copy that aligns with brand strategies.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform basic keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and website audit assistance.
- Paid Ads Assistance: Help set up, monitor, and analyze performance metrics for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ad campaigns.
- Performance Analytics: Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, CS/IT, or related fields.
- Immediate Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
- Location & Work Mode: Hybrid work setup; ability to visit our office in Vishal Nagar, Pune as required.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or basic video editing software is a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or SEO tools is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, willing to learn, proactive, and a team player.
