Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of practical experience in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting entries, MS Excel, and accounting software such as Tally or Busy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, including purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Maintain and update ledgers, journals, vouchers, and financial records.
- Verify invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate accounting data using accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and accounting statements.
- Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment tracking.
- Identify discrepancies in accounting entries and coordinate for corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records.
- Complete assigned accounting tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- Assist in internal and external audit activities.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Com or M.com

Experience:

- Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in accounting.

Technical Skills:

- Valuable working knowledge of Tally , Busy,



or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliation.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS concepts.

Personal Skills:

- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and quick to understand new processes.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates with strong practical accounting knowledge who can start working with minimal training.
- Candidates capable of handling routine accounting operations independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
