Job Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess / GRA / Guest Relations Executive in a premium hotel, restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment.
- Experience in Mumbai hotels/restaurants preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a qualified and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong guest-handling and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage reservations, guest greetings, seating arrangements, and guest queries.
- Candidates with international hospitality experience will be preferred.




- Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Handle guest queries and provide personalized assistance.
- Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest relations.
- Handle VIP and international guests professionally.
