We are looking for a skilled QuickBooks Bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years of experience in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records.
- Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Willing to work in the US EST time zone (night shift).
