Job Title: Packing Line Supervisor

About the Role

As our Packing Line Supervisor, you will run the floor across three packing lines—ensuring orders move quickly, accurately, and without rework or excuses.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and manpower across 3 packing lines based on daily order volumes.
- Ensure all packing strictly follows defined SKU specification sheets and SOPs.
- Maintain high packing speed without compromising on quality or safety.
- Identify root causes of packing errors or rework and implement long-term fixes.
- Work closely with QC to catch and resolve issues before dispatch, not after customer delivery.

Requirements

- Experience: 2–4 years in packing, warehouse,



or production floor supervision (preferably in Export, FMCG, or Engineering Goods).
- Skills: Hands-on experience running multiple lines simultaneously in an SOP-driven environment.
- Education: Diploma in Polytechnic (3 years) or a B.Tech degree.
- Leadership: Visible, active floor presence with fair and firm manpower management skills.
