We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in B2B business development. Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
- Generate new leads and approach potential clients through effective sales pitches and proposals.
- Convert leads into paying customers and drive business growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline and regularly track progress.
- Monitor and report business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients. Business Development Manager

Requirements:





- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- B2B Sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates from Tele-Sales should have experience managing a team of callers or relevant B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into revenue.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines. Business Development Manager

Preferred Candidate Profile:
B2B Sales / Business Development professionals with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion, and relationship management.

Pay: ₹29,800.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
